The quality of your life will be determined by your vision and the effort you are willing to put in to fulfil it.
It takes as much effort to live an unfulfilled life as it does to live a richly rewarding one.
Which one will you choose for yourself this year?
Think about what you want to look back on with pride, fulfilment and a sense of achievement on the 31st of December this year.
Write down your list of wants.
For example; I have 6, one from each key area of my life and all very much in line with my values, gifts/skills, passions, personality, purpose and long term vision. This is essential for optimum satisfaction and success.

**It’s important to remember that EVERY journey of growth and abundance to reach your potential consists of steps forward and steps backwards.
This is normal so don’t be discouraged by the back-steps.
The thing that will separate you from those who won’t ever be or do more than average, is your ability and determination not to let those back-steps stop you from pressing forward.
All you need is to do one thing, even a small thing each day that contributes to getting you closer to your vision, your dreams and goals, just one thing each day.
Here is a valuable 5 step daily habit to get into for 2016 that will change your life. (I do this first thing every morning becuase it primes my brain for positivity for the day and sets the tone)
Write down 3 new things you are grateful for from the last 24 hours (even as simple as a good meal, conversation with someone, or the sunshine)
Journal about a positive experience you had in the last 24 hours
Meditate for 5 minutes (I do this by listing all the things I am grateful for….waking up in a warm bed, my family, the food in my cupboard, roof over my head, etc. this quiets the noise of my thoughts and ideas for a while).
Perform 1 random act of kindness during the day. This could be sending someone an encouraging message or thanking someone for something you appreciate about them, or randomly giving someone flowers.
Put one thing on your to-do list that contributes/gets you closer to one of your goals.
Do this and you are golden! These habits actually change your brain function for the better, you will start to seek out and notice more of life’s positives and attract more good to yourself like a magnet.
